This Privacy Policy is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of information collected by our website at revivestudios.io(the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) forms an agreement between you and Revive Design Studios, a Limited Liability Company (“Revive Design Studios,” “Revive,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). Through your continued use of our Site, our products, or services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1: What We Do With Your Information

For the purposes of this policy, “Personal Information” is defined as any information which can be used to identify you as an individual, such as: your full name, email, phone number.

When you purchase products or services from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the Personal Information you give us. We use this information to contact you regarding products and services, send invoices, and other standard business activities.

We use information collected from cookies and other digital tracking technologies to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our products and services. We use the following technologies to accomplish these tasks:

Email marketing. With your permission, we may send you periodic emails about our company, new products or services and other updates.

2: Consent

2.1 Consent. We get your consent when you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

2.2 Withdrawl. You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us using the information at the end of this Policy.

3: Online Payments

3.1 Payment Processor. We conduct our invoicing and payments through Quickbooks Online.

Quickbooks Online payments follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PC DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by Quickbooks Online and its service providers.

4: Third-party Services

4.1 Information Sharing. We may share your information, including Personal Information and Usage Data, with third party-service providers who perform various functions to enable us to provide our Services and help us operate our business, such as marketing, sending email communications, accounting, bookkeeping, performing analytics, or other duties.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

4.2 Exceptions. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policies and terms of use.

Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

4.3 Behavioral Advertising. We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out of targeted advertising by visiting the links in the Opt Out section of Section 5 – Security.

4.4 Links. Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

5: Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

5.1 Payments. If you make a payment using a credit card, QuickBooks stores it in encrypted form using Extended DES encryption. QuickBooks does not cache the credit card number or save it in any other form. Revive does not keep record of credit card numbers and can not retrieve your credit card number.

5.2 Cookies. Our Site uses cookies to help us better understand how our Site is being used. By tracking how you use our Site, this helps us determine which features and content on the Site are most important to our visitors. Further information on Google Analytics can be obtained through the Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

5.3 Opt Out. If you do want information to be collected through cookies, you can turn them off.

5.4 Data Retention. We clear the Site’s server logs after a period of twenty-six weeks. Logs contain data such as your IP address, url attempted, and errors. They are kept to detect and record intrusions and provide assistance during troubleshooting.

Submitting your information through our contact form implies consent to contact you. So, we maintain this information for our records unless and until you request us to delete this information.

6: With Whom We May Share Your Personal Information

6.1 Response to Subpoenas and Other Legal Requests. We may share your information with courts, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies when we have a good faith belief we’re required or permitted to do so by law, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, to protect our company, or to respond to a court order, search warrant, subpoena, or any other law enforcement request.

Sale of Our Business. If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, we may be required to share your information. If so, Revive clients who have signed contracts will be notified.

7.2 Right to Opt Out of Disclosure of Personal Information for Valuable Consideration. You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time. To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a request by contacting us as described below.  Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales.  However, you may change your mind and opt back into personal information sales at any time by contacting us as described below.  You do not need to create an Account with us to exercise your opt-out rights.  We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

7.3 Notice of Disclosure for Direct Marketing. Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents who have an established business relationship with Revive are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This notice will identify the categories of information shared with and will include a list of the third parties with which it is shared, along with their names and addresses.  If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please submit a written request to us at the address or email address listed below in the Section titled “Contact Information”.

8: Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so review it frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on this Site. Your continued use of the Site means you consent to the terms of any new Policy.
